Technical Manager
1. The on-site application of the company's imported explosion-proof positive pressure blowing system products, as well as the selection of conventional electrical products;
2. Understand the selection and application of electrical equipment for high and low voltage motors, evaluate and manage electrical outsourcing vendors, and introduce and transform outsourcing technologies;
3. Solve customer on-site technical issues, assist the company in controlling costs and time;
4. New product development and prototype trial production of the company, participating in on-site testing and handling electrical faults, proposing product improvement measures;
5. Personnel management in the technical service department, including performance evaluation, dispatch, and new employee recruitment and training;
6. Assist the company's marketing department in providing timely support, responsible for answering and handling technical issues related to pre-sales, sales, and after-sales of the company's main products;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in motor, electrical, mechanical or control related fields. More than 5 years of technical management experience;
2. Professional knowledge: Master the principles and design of motors, professional design of compressors and pumps, electrical transmission control systems, PLC programmable controllers, electrical and its systems, and other professional knowledge;
3. Familiar with the application of AUTOCAD and other drawing software;
4. Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, and electrical component selection;
5. Having rich on-site service experience;
6. Can travel irregularly;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, humble and down-to-earth;
