I. Gas supply conditions are not met:
(1) Gas source pressure is insufficient. (2) Insufficient gas flow. Insufficient gas flow will lead to gas exchange unit exhaust volume is insufficient, the equipment to return to the pressure signal is small, can not normally trigger the sensor, so that the timing module timing.
(3) The gas source is unclean and has a large number of impurities. Pipe network connection is not carried out after the blowing and dust removal operations, pipeline impurities are blown into the equipment, affecting the normal operation of the components in the equipment, serious damage to the equipment may be. Common impurities are water, dust, rust, oil, raw material tape and so on.
II. Insufficient battery power:
1) Insufficient battery power. Unable to maintain the voltage above 9V, timing module can not be normal timing.
(2) EPPS device power is insufficient. The common problem is that the gas source pressure is insufficient, confirm the logic of the gas source pressure gauge index is above 2.5bar (0.25Mpa). If the air source is not clean, it may be dust blocking the air circuit caused by the phenomenon of decompression, can be adjusted through the logic of the air source pressure gauge, increase the pressure to achieve normal timing.
Three. Motor does not meet the conditions:
(1) motor has a large air leakage point. Motor air leakage is larger, the air unit exhaust will be reduced accordingly, the return pressure signal will be reduced, can not normally trigger the sensor, so that the timing module timing. You can check whether there are obvious air leakage points in the motor bearing, end cover, junction box, glen, inspection window, leakage detector, cooler and base connection.
2) The motor is too large. Normally, the motor seal again, there must be imperceptible small leaks, the larger the motor, the more small leaks, the greater the need for blowing flow, so sometimes there may be the same type of motor can be timed, some can not be timed phenomenon. In the face of this situation, the conventional method is to increase the blowing bypass or directly replace the blowing volume of a larger positive pressure blowing system.
Four. Signal pipe problems:
(1) pipe installation is not in place. Simply put, is the external metal signal pipeline ferrule joints are not tightened, there is an air leakage phenomenon. Because the pressure of the return signal pipe is micro-positive pressure, usually the pressure is only about 1000pa, so if there is an air leak in the pipeline there will be a very serious pressure loss, resulting in the sensor can not be triggered normally. You can spray foam water at the interface to observe whether air leakage occurs.
(2) Water in the signal pipeline. Water in the pipeline will lead to the pressure is no way to normal transmission to the sensor, at the same time, water into the sensor will also lead to sensor failure, damage. After removing the sensor signal pipe drain, with the logic of the gas pipeline on the signal line to blow, check whether the sensor water, if the sensor a small amount of water can try to put the sensor in a cool, ventilated place to dry, if the amount of water can be considered to replace the sensor.
